Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of packages within one month from the date of purchase and issue a full refund. Fast Protein can not extend this return policy to resellers of our products.   

All packages should be sent prepaid. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the total amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing parcels.  

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within seven days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.  We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return results from our error.  We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. For a return authorization number and address, please email us at: fastprotein.us@gmail.com.
